Understand the 'As Is' situation
We tailor our services uniquely to your unique context by building a complete understanding of your of the problem and its context in your organisation. This could involve a range of activities dependent on the problem we are trying to solve, from collecting and analysing data, workshops with your staff, reviewing and mapping out formal and informal proceses, understanding customer touchpoints or value maps, and completing market research.
Identify the 'To Be' Solution and Recommendations
Here we identify our recommended solution. This involves analysing the 'As Is' situation and identifying how things can be improved in line with the scope, problem and objectives. Here we propose a solution or solutions and clearly articulate the relevant resources, risks, and activities that will be required to move to the 'To Be'. If relevant this will include a detailed project plan for implementation and measures of success.
Implement the Plan
Some organisations may prefer and have the resources to proceed with implementation themselves, however we also have the skills and resources to lead this implementation, managing and liasing with internal and external stakeholders and working to agreed timelines, budgets etc. In this way we remain accountable and involved as your partner in the practical delivery of the project.
Post implementation review, measurement and support.
Here we work wit you to review the success of the project against agreed measures of success. We can also review and address any new issues that have arisen as a result of the project.
